Returns for exchanges or store credit are accepted with the following conditions:
• Full price merchandise only ( All sale items are final)
• Must be returned within 14 days from date of purchase
• All shipping and handling charges associated with returns are non-refundable
• Returns must be in original condition at the time of return.
**This means the item must be returned in original packaging, must not be worn, altered, or washed, and have all original tags still attached. The product must be shipped back to Sole Mates.
• Shoes must be returned in original condition with the original box. Boxes must be protected during the shipping process with no labels affixed to the exterior.
• After we have had the opportunity to inspect returned items, we will issue a store credit to your account for the original purchase price. Please remember, shipping charges incurred during the return process are not refundable.
• Sole Mates cannot accept responsibility for lost packages without proof of delivery.

We make every effort to ensure accurate inventory is reflected on our site. However, in the event the unforeseen stock outage occurs for your particular item, you will receive email confirmation within 24 hours and your card will not be charged.
If you would like your item gift wrapped please select that option at check out and we will wrap free of charge. The wrapping is a Sole Mates green swirl paper topped with tan raffia ribbon. We will be sure to “black-out” prices.
